But he didn't win the trophy for England , England just can not win no matter who is in the team.

Is that what the World Cup will look like next year?

Yeah Todd Boehly said they was , he said they are based in New York , founded in 1908 and are nicknamed The Panthers.

If it is , maybe that would give England a chance to get rid of their nerves and they might actually win something.
