Lately, it's been going beyond American's History, as a few Nazi apologists have been appearing on podcasts
Really? That nonsense is starting to gain traction now?

There is resistance to it, Tucker Carlson was blasted after suggesting Europe would be better if Hitler had won WWII
A lot of this is to up the ante and get views with outrageous stuff to "own the libs"
Their victory lap isn't going as well as they thought if it's still about owning the left when reality has done that to the left

Money has been drying up for some of these parasites

Couple of local elections coming up on April 1st.

Two congressional elections in Florida to replace Matt Gaetz & Mike Waltz, both are staunch red seats with both men having won them with around 30 pts so not likely that the Dems would flip them it will all be about the margin.

Another election in Wisconsin for the state's supreme court where the candidates do not stand on a party ticket but are known as being each parties prefered choice.

There was an election last week for a Pennsylvania state senate seat, the Democratic candidate won in a district that Trump carried +15 in November. The seat is considered such a safe seat for The Republicans that the last time it was up for elections The Dems did not contest.

Trump has also just pulled Elise Stefanik's nomination as UN ambassador stated that she was needed in the house because of the GOP's tight margin, Steffanik won her seat in November on a +24 margin, if you believe actions speak louder than words then it shows that behind all the bluff and bluster the party isn't even confident about keeping its safe seats.

I'm bginning to think the Tariffs of Darth(sorry President!) Trump are his way of making the world bow to him and fall in line.
And he calls it 'liberation Day"

To me there's nothing liberating about it and this trade war is going to hurt.

I just hope the rest of the world continues to stand up to him and tell him to fuck off.

I reckon he's finally found out for himself that trying to align himself with Putin is NOT a very good idea as he thought it once was.... I hope Zelenzky now demands an aploogy from Trump for what happened in the White House...

Democrat nominee Susan Crawford is projected to win the race to serve on the Wisconsin state supreme court.

And win it by a comfortable margin, in '24 Saulk County, considered a bellweather for the state went to Trump by 626 votes, The Democrat won it by 14 pts last night, resulting in a liberal majority on the supreme court.

As expected the Republicans won their races in Florida but on reduced margins. Gaetz won Florida's 1st 66-34%, last night republican Jimmy Patronis won 56.9-42.3%

Waltz won Florida's 6th 66.53-33.56% & last night Republican Randy Fine won 56.7-42.7%

As in this country special elections have much lower turnouts and tend to favor the party in opposition, politically engaged Democratic voters motivated more, however this continues a trend for the Republican party that MAGA without Trump struggles to win, particuarly in battleground states

Donald Trump has informed his inner circle, including members of his Cabinet, that Elon Musk will step down from his position in the coming weeks

*The "Special Government Employee" position that Edolf holds has a 130 day out of 365 limit. It'll be interesting if Trump keeps him around to potentially bring him back next year, or actually kicks him into the long grass as a growing number of Senior Republicans are very dischuffed with Musk's behaviour.
