i'm not logged into anything and it works for me. the '1drv.ms' thing appears to be some kind of microsoft link shortening service. Nudge's link should redirect to:

https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21AC...C3ACE54933

(although watch out for quoted or copied and pasted text links in the forum as they may be shrunk with a '...' [dot dot dot] in the middle of the displayed link text which could break the link address. so clicking on the original link should go to the full address)
