RICHARD HAMMONDS WORKSHOP - Discovery Channel

Episode 3 Top bloke Richard Hammond is, and when on his own - the same with James May, produces quality TV without that bafoon Clarkson holding him/them back.

He has turned out to be quite naive about what it takes to actually run a successful business in terms of financial management, marketing etc, but kudos to him for not using his celebrity to give him an advantage.

Last night's episode showed the workshop that had been subject to many delays had finally been finished. I wonder though whether it is to scale for the business, or overly ambitious??

A worthwhile journey to watch, as it shows the complexities and hardships of starting a venture without a pre prepared script. An eye opener - I hope - for all those that have taken their cue on how a business begins and grows from soap opera land where one minute there is no business and the next, a multinational and a zillionaire owner, and have paid the price.

Lets hope he makes it!! The father/son too who have invested in him with their trust.
