Henrik is a good choice I think his approach might be the one to win back the Ryder Cup

It's looking like Luke Donald is to be confirmed as the captain of the Europe team in next years competition. Replacing Stenson who opted to take £40 million to play in the LIV competion.

Wlould Europe be any weaker for the pool of talent it has to choose> By that I mesn would there be enough experienced players to help the rookies?

Yup, he's got it. I'm sure he's a lovely bloke and has had some good wins (citation needed), but it just smacks of "Luke who?" to me.

He was world no 1 in 2011 for 40 weeks.
But mainly because he has committed to not joining the LIV tour.

However he is known for being one of the only 2 players for being the world no 1 and not having a majors win

He's got to be better than Andrew Coltart or Paul Lawrie, though, right? It's not like they're scraping the top of the barrel.

Although I'd would have prefered Lee Westwood.

6 Wildcard picks for Donald, in part to ensure the strongest possible team, & at the same time, make it almost impossible for any LIV players to qualify.
