A case of nothing other than 'Meet the New Boss...same as the Old Boss'

Liz Truss comes across as not knowing her arse from her elbow,but neither did Boris although he could cover it by bluffing.

Lizz Truss is not the first Tory to be famous for their speeches.
But at the opposite end of the inspirational spectrum to Churchill .
