No, the first one is 872 x 480 and the other one is 352 x 640.

The problem with the first one is that it's primarily a vertically-oriented video, but it's been embedded into a horizontal canvas. The problem with the other one is the exact opposite, it's primarily a horizontally-oriented video, but it's been embedded into a vertical canvas.

Both videos are much lower in resolution than they should be by today's standards. Horizontal videos should be at least 1920 x 1080 and vertical videos should be at least 1080 x 1920.
