After India threatened not to accept the EU vaccine passport, 9 of the EU countries have said that they will now accept the Covishield vaccines.

Either way you cut it, it doesn't look good for the United Kingdom. PM confirms that masks will no longer be a requirement. Yougov poll finds that 71% of those surveyed want masks to be mandated for public transport vs 21% that don't & 61% want masks to be mandated in shops vs 27% that don't.




Winter lockdown seems inevitable

It's said (guestimate) that 2/3rds of the adult population have had a 1st jab and half of the adult population have had a 2nd jab.
The experts say that we need to get to 80% of the over 11's to have antibodies to get herd immunity.

There have also been half a million cases of the virus which also gives us antibodies to fight the virus.

There is still some way to get to that 80% as it will mean that nearly all the adult population will either have to have had a jab or the virus.

So if there are more cases of virus it would mean more people with the antibodies.

have to agree. It was said in the news conference cases could be around 50,000 a day by the 19th July yet he's basically lifting all restrictions!! just doesn't make sense. So much for Data, not dates

Johnson said he would be led by the data and not the date.

Yet in my region cases are up 355% in a month but still the lifting of all restrictions will go ahead.

All the Gentlemen's Clubs can now open at the end of this month.
It's a return to their previous work for some of the Babeshow girls.
