Yes they now have a right to holiday pay, but Uber may reduce the percentage of each fare given to the driver to cover it, in which case the driver wouldn't be any better off. Alternatively Uber have suggested they may increase fares to cover their extra costs, but if higher fares leads to less custom the drivers would lose out that way.

The big problem for drivers is that now being employees Uber can demand that they work for set hours and/or for a minimum number of hours a week. This is bad news for Uber drivers, many of whom have said in the past that setting your own hours and working as and when you please was one of the major benefits of working for Uber.

But Phoenix has now been taken on by a new channel.
The stress is affecting her and her friends.

So it's time to move on. And have a fresh start.

That's what Phoenix is doing, moving on and having a fresh start at S66 once she's recovered from Covid. Again hope she's better soon

That was the old Bluebird tactic, for those of us who go back that far. If anyone left them and made any kind of critical comments, other Bluebird girls would suddenly start posting online about what a great place it was to work.
