Witness - Sudan's Forgotten Films
How 2 old blokes tried to save the 13,000 film canisters of Sudan's national archive with no budget. Bleakly, one gets sacked for complaining that it's hopeless without more resources, then the other gets knocked down and killed on his way home.

Our Towns
This married couple travel around the US to find what are the real problems, and the real resolutions. This doc picked out 6 states in particular, from the Inland Empire to the High Desert. Fascinating and yet hopeful.

Inside KFC - Fast Food Secrets
In some ways the funniest, and also scariest, show I've seen for a while. And I'm not even talking about the staff at the Chorley drive-thru and their rivals at Runshaw. The product testing for a Whole Fried Chicken mercifully was found to need more work, but the Gravy Burger was Green for Go. Apparently the gravy has an addictive hold on customers that makes cocaine look like nothing. This is what you learn when you only eat KFC about once or twice a year.
