Thanks for uploading this series, Skate. It's one that flew under my radar, but it's one of the most beautifully drawn comics in a long time. Cheers for drawing my attention to it.

Thought i would start a little thread about comics, been a big fan of comics ever since i was little kid and i've been collecting for years. Currently nearly got over 10,000 of them. I mostly collect DC Comics, but i do collect marvel depending on the comics. Am a big Superman fan, along with Batman, The Flash, Superboy, Green Lantern, Supergirl. My fav DC story lines have been the death of superman, in fact it was one of the first graphic novels i ever bought. Blackest Night that was really epic. Loved the Reign of Superman and the return of Hal Jordan and Barry Allen. i also liked Superman: World of New Krypton, Green lantern Rebirth. Looking forward to Brightest Night and looking forward to the War of the supermen. Love drawing would love to draw for DC one day a man can dream i guess lol.

DC Comic's starting from this august will be rebooting the DC universe which will all the hero's costumes will be changed including superman's which has been really been changed except for the white and blue and red blue costume when he became a energy being. I think some of reasom for the superman change is because of DC possibly losing the rights to supeman in 2013. Jim Lee along with Geoff Johns will be revamping all the costumes and origins will also be different too. Got a couple pics up of the new costumes all the hero's seem too look younger with superman having a different style S on his suit, no red underwear any more and also a collar on his suit. All this has happened because the current DC epic called called Flashpoint where the reverse flash has gone back in time and fucked up the DC Timeline to get revenage against the Flash. So far am loving the this new storyline. Will also put up a link to the Flashpoint storyline.

Bone by Jeff Smith,about 3 cousins who are Bone creatures from Boneville,and they are chased out their hometown and end up lost in a valley and meet all sorts of strange characters







It is available in 9 volumes,but why bother with them when there is the One Volume omnibus which i got,the whole story in one book,1300 pages of epicness

Dead@17 by Josh Howard,about a 17 year old girl who is killed then revived to fight demons from taking over the world







Available in an Ultimate Edition that has the whole saga,dunno why they release seperate volumes then a big omnibus like that comes out

Too Much Coffee Man,something of a cult comic over the years,it is short comic stories about a man that drinks too much coffee and is always on edge or angry,very funny stuff,great work from Shannon Wheeler













Very good that this is released in an omnibus with every single Too Much Coffee Man story ever done

Logicomix,a very complex tale written and drawn by a team of greeks and americans,the artwork is some of the finest i have seen in a graphic novel
