Jesus christ the picture quality is terrible last night I saw the gray screen more than the girls I think 2004 want their equipment back.

I assumed gallery was saying about more normal times. And I presume they do log in the phones and option numbers at the start of shifts at least.

Of course I was working my way towards asking which one of the galleries was the girl one... and when she would be on next... slow progress.

As the lockdown is being eased next week are 66 going to reopen the studio, or do they still think they will not be able to keep it clean, maybe they could ask the girls to clean there own sets or would some think that's beneath them, maybe start with one girl in the studio each night that should make things easier on cleaning and social distance, they have to do something to get the TV show up to a level that's watchable as so few of the girls have equipment good enough for tv, it must be costing them money as people give up on the TV show,

The studio was closed a week before the government lockdown began anyway, so I don't why the easing of the lockdown should make any difference.

If they want to reopen the studio they could reopen it now. Why wait for the easing of the lockdown when the lockdown doesn't affect them anyway?

^^ there producer Jenny James said this on twitter "When the government says we can all go back to work" she was replying to a question about when the studio will reopen,
as its likely 66 is off because they preferred to furlough most of the employed backroom staff andf that's what Jenny is referring to by saying "we". The babes are waiting on most of their help being taken off furlough, the gallery confirmed they only have one person in the studio per shift at the moment they stated we do not even the cleaner, I think it highly likely he was speaking the truth as had no reason to make it up,
so i think you need to look past the girls and think about all the staff who cant work at the moment, once the lockdown is lifted and all these staff can go back to the office/studio i think then the girls can come back,

They stopped the studio shows and went to home shows only before the furlough scheme was even introduced.

There are no staff who can't work at the moment. Lifting of the lockdown is irrelevant. Studio 66 staff aren't affected by the lockdown and could go back to work tomorrow if the studio was fully open again.

^ Yes they could be at work but they are not so what the hell do you think its likely they are waiting on? You completely ignore what someone that should be in the know has said on the matter. Tell us, why does Jenny think they are waiting on the government if they are not? Are you saying she's lying?

No one is suggesting the government will at any time be saying web/TV media or babeshows can go back to work now. But what is be suggested is that 66 are waiting on general guidance from tptb that may seem broadly applicable to a company of their size etc.

I reckon that Gallery is quite a busy job.

For each babe there's say 10 variables that I assume the gallery has to select:
Main camera, perve, web only, webcam, phone, group, private, lovesense, Sky and Freeview.

Every time a viewer asks to go private or the babe takes a break or something then some switching is needed. I counted 16 babes last night so that's hundreds of permutations.
If it's Sky or Freeview then the output has to be watched to ensure compliance and there used to be mics to fade up. Obviously there'e the engineering on set. And they chat to us, sometimes somebody puts their foot in it - they're supposed to deal with him.

Having it remote like this must have changed things, I can't imagine it's made it easier.
I'm sure we've watched the process of getting a babe on screen unfold and at changeover times like 11.00 it can take around 45 minutes to get, say Fernanda all set up.
Two years ago they'd have 3 girls. Tell me they've got more staff now they've got 16.
