Where would OFCOM rules stand if St66 eventually went 100% web only?

^ Nowhere. Currently Ofcom's single jurisdiction over the internet is in regard to VOD material. This does not include live streaming services like the web onlys.

Recent government noises have of course been towards greater regulation of the internet, so who knows what the future holds. It's a subject none of the mainstream parties seem to want to express a contrary opinion on in the current climate.

Periods that look to enhance freedoms and personal liberties have been broadly cyclical with times of backlash moral panic in the past, so it is to be hoped we can get through the current tide of censorious ideologies, from both right and left, before resuming a saner more moderate outlook on these things. One that gives proper weight to those doing the complaining by ensuring any impacts on everyone are truly proportionate to the actual harm involved. (Offense is largely for the birds. Any media worth its salt should demand the right to be offensive in certain areas.)

Coupled with Shandyhands reply, there is nothing stopping them showing anything that would normally infringe OFCOMs rules when streaming. It's just that this channel shy's away from doing precisely that, so as you put your hands in your pocket to see more. It's only when you've got a very lazy cameraman putting the camera on a fixed setting, that would be to our visual liking, along with a babe that is willing to reveal, that it's likely to happen for free. Such was the case last night.

Used to be one of the best babe channels, not sure what is goung on but absolutely rubbish now.

Four times i checked the TV channels during daytime to see who was on and everytime all i saw was adverts
