I know it was sad to hear her just expecting things to be given to her, the producer really tried to help her and really explained what she needed to do but she was just not getting it,
Sadly her I don't want to work hard attitude is becoming more common in the new girls, talking to a booked a few months back as she told me half the girls who come into the business now would not have lasted 3 months when she was in front of the camera, they all seam to want the company they work for to work for them don't get that by being flexible, doing what ever is asked, and always trying your best they will get big rewards,
She thinks cam has messed things up as most girls start on at home can now and find it hard to move into the studio, this is backed up by a girl I was talking to on babex the other week who told me the hardest thing about being on TV ( how the all seam to call the live shows babex dose ) is being sexy and doing something all the time to get people to call, having to be in front the camera the hole time and not being able to do your own thing,
Hopefully Macie will get it at some point or don't expect her on the shows this time next year as they may well have found a girl who dose get it by then to take her spot,

I think in the past (and I mean way back, when freeview was just taking off for the babeshows) they were all on a bit of a learning curve and it probably felt much more like a team effort between the babes and the producers.

A combination of increased restrictions and a bloodlust for money by the channels means the new girls will probably not experience that sort of working environment.

Well if you follow Macie on twitter you’ll see the reason why she thinks she shouldn’t have to work hard, she’s swallowed the Dom and fin Dom crap!! Any babe which swallows that pill is bound to be lazy and not willing to work harder. I like Macie, I think she could be a big hit but for some reason whether that’s her or BS to blame that’s not likely to happen.

But ultimately more and more babes will not “work” hard for stuff which doesn’t earn them a metric crap ton of money, her cam shows are probably no doubt good but saving the “good” for that and providing nothing “free” as advertised isn’t going to go well.

Fin Dom and Dom is just controlling men and asking for money in return. Basically involves not getting naked and still earning money. Any babe into that isn’t going to put on anything for “free”.

Maybe but in fairness to Dannii she’s worked for longer and no doubt harder then what Macie has worked so far. Not hating her per se but the game isn’t the only thing to blame here. I mean fair enough she’s latched on to a way to maybe earn more money with the least effort but she can hardly be surprised when being told my a BS producer she needs to work harder.
