RE: Live 960 Launches Today at 1200hrs
If anyone is watching from the channel then you need to introduce Terms and Conditions banner, either static or rolling, stating the following:
Over 18's only, non adult service, must have the bill payers permission, who the phone lines are provided by along with a p.o box address, the phone service providers national call rate customer service number and that all calls are recorded with phone pay plus regs.
Ofcom and Phone pay plus, under its previous name, came down on Babestar like a ton of bricks for not adhering to these rules previously.

Now that the camera has moved the section saying "calls cost £1.50 per min" is totally invisible since it is written in white and framed on a white sheet. It is way too small also.
Members on here hate the onscreen graphics that take up the whole screen, but they are a necessary evil, but likewise no one on here wants the channel to get fined into submission for a simple thing like this. Sort it out guys.

The rolling banner seems to be there on a green background now, but is off-screen. On certain aspect rations its completely off-screen and on 16:9 only half the rolling banner is on screen and is therefore illegible.
The little bit I can see is a white font with black outline, on a green background, which would be near impossible to read anyway. All other channels use a simple white font (not outlined) on a black background.
Ah, I see it now. Just had a look on a 16:9 lcd in the bedroom and you an just make out part of the banner.
In the lounge I use a 10 year old Bang & Olufsen MX which is 4:3 ratio and set up to 4:3 letter box via the Sky Box, although the TV delivers one of the best pictures you could dream of getting the banner is completely off screen.
