Didn't they start by culling Kerrie Lee?

Actually a number of their producers are relatively new so inexperience has been an issue

That have already done that this year, back at the start of the year a lot of the old hands where replaced with a new crew, and the output dropped of a cliff, s so many of the staff just didn't know how to do the shows we had got use to, think it's only just starting to improve so would not replace them now unless they are getting some of the old crew back,
