I think theres more to this. I've seen Ashley Emmas show her buttocks loads of times... I think maybe they are only allowed to do it after a certain time? Maybe 22.05 was too early

Having now read the actual judgement in the Ofcom letter, it is to do with it being a "prolonged close up". It is all tied up with the visual aspect of babeshows being deemed "advertising" content, not editorial. It is "advertising" the call/chat service.

Advertising is subject to far stricter rules.

Not sure why the babeshows cannot get their status reassigned to "editorial"? Cost?

It is all a load of utter bollox, if you read it. Have Ofcom not got more important things to do?

I think it's just a case of them flexing their muscles every so often, reminding the channels they still exist and helping to reassure the jealous women offended people they are still active on their behalf.

There's no mention of fines in there. So just a telling off?

Cost is irrelevant. Even if you had unlimited funds I doubt that you could win a court action against Ofcom.
