Again -
to simply play devils advocate:
As has been mentioned in the past, where is the evidence of any of the theories (and that is all they are, no matter how they are presented)?
Where is the proof of more calls, txts etc being generated by the introduction of daygirls to nights? And even if this is the case, what evidence is there that this addresses the obvious loss of nightgirls generated calls/txts that will undoubtedly happen by the increase of daygirls doing night shifts?
People state the fact that the daygirls have been doing lots of shifts, so therefore they are doing good at the job - not neccessarily so.
There has been a shortage of girls all round (be it on nights or days) due to illnesses, holidays etc....so the amount of shifts is an indication of nothing. This will only really be clear once the holiday season is over and they have full access to all their girls and a proper rotation policy can be introduced again.
As for always being on calls - again, no evidence to prove or disprove this point.
I also fail to see the relevency of whether or not someone is a "freeloader" - and how can anyone tell if someone is? Not everyone makes a big thing about phoning/txting in so nobody knows
But the ultimate thing is the visual spectacle is just as important as the call, no matter what people might like to think. The evidence of this? The simple fact that it is on tv at all. A numnber of people on here I am sure have read the likes of FHM or Loaded etc and seen the adverts at the back for phone services. There is no need for it to be televised if it is simply a phone service
The simple fact that it is televised is the phone services main selling point - and so just as important as anything else
And as for things being visible during changeovers on the live stream - this doesn't mean they are relaxed etc....simply that they have forgotten about another camera still being on them as they gather themselves and move off to do the next thing that is expected of them and allow the other girl to get on - they don't exactly have all day, so mistakes and accidents happen as they forget they're being broadcast
The simple point is - if amanda, camilla, dionne any of them came on the show and just sat there doing not much and showing not much people would (and do) complain about it and as is their right. But nobody is vehemently defending them from criticism
