its not rocket science. girls put on a show, get customers to pay to watch, girls earn money, every 1 wins.

I agree about Lori, as she showed much more when at Studio 66, but I fail to see how the the rest of what I wrote was exaggerated.

We all knew Lori would be the one who'd be lame about it.

in that s66 doesnt actually suck. the s66 girls are earning there bit and the cam ops do there best to entertain the tv crowd while paying customers are on the cams.
it takes a little practice to get the balance rite and s66 are slowly managing to do it.
it might not be your cuppa tea but if it wasnt worth it to s66 they wouldnt be doing it.

babestation will have to go through the same process if they want to get a balance that there audience finds acceptable. just now they havent got that.
a lot of the girls are just business as normal while others are trying to make the cam element work. i saw nothing particularly different from the girls as far as being extra naughty.
but then again i havent watched babestation in months apart from a few mins here and there over the last 3 days. and it seemed no different to how i remembered it unless it got really tame recently

So is the pervcam that good (apart from Lori!) Do all the girls including Alice and Ashley show everything? I can understand Amanda, Amelia, Roxi and other "porn" girls showing their bits BUT would be surprised if the likes of Alice, Ashley and Olivia' Dannii etc did BUT very impressed at how far they've come if they do!

I thought BS used to use Pervecams on the nightshows about 3 or 4 years ago - or have I imagined that ?
I have a vague memory of logging in to see Jada - visible on the TV standing nude up against the sauna wall - and seeing a quite fuzzy image of the lighting rig in the ceiling and a bit of the top of her head.

To clarify - that's not really a criticism of Jada or implying she was deliberately ripping people off; but more an observation that for babes to do an interesting show for the TV viewpoint and also keep themselves in the frame of a Perve Cam is probably impossible, unless they are relatively static right on top of it, which often makes the TV show dullsville.

Some thoughts on this, firmly under the header 'if you can't beat 'em join 'em!', topic....

What's in a name? Well seemingly quite a lot actually as BS now feel the need to adopt the same PervCam title as 66 (after going with the generic "Upskirt" for quite a while). (I presume the "PerveCam" nomenclature is non-trademarkable from this development btw. Otherwise whoever coined the term have missed a big trick!)

Where are they going with this? Well BS's old cams often made for static viewing from what I heard (never tuned in myself as none of the girls I saw doing them ever appealed to me enough to do so). In contrast, the 'new' Pervs seemingly offer the capacity for more 'full on' action.

It is self-evident that BS must see this change as a necessary in order to get in on 66's action and even benefit from their competitor's groundwork in familiarising the customer with a more extensive experience.

Remember how in last year's Q&A the boss was boasting that they were bolstering their dayshows with a new focus. Well that obviously failed pretty significantly given they are now having to copy 66 in this way.

It has also been telling early on I think that BS emblazoned their OSG for the Perved-up Candy Sexton as her "First Dayshow". In trying to compete more directly with the opposition BS have no choice but to focus on the strongest part of their roster and influx night girls into their day shows. The beginnings of this could be seen over recent weeks - with night time faces popping up in rare or debut dayshow appearances perhaps in preparation for these changes.

In making them BS are now able to compete with 66 on a level playing field. They go (almost) toe-to-toe with 66 on days now (they do have one less channel).

The Pervs are already making their more controversial presence felt on BS's night shows too of course. (As MrMann and Hex!t have reminded us balance is everything with this. PervCams, on the night shows in particular, are a difficult beast to get right. It will be very interesting to see if BS can make a better fist of it alongside a dirty call performance than 66 often do!)

So, in 'playing to their strengths' BS are not just adding PervCams to their existing line-up. They are changing the focus of their scheduling and increasing the opportunities on offer to their babes.

BS night babes will now be far more willing to do days because there is potentially serious money to be made doing their dirty thing on Perv. (BS need these new cams to be a pretty instant success in order to keep attracting such babes to it - they, hopefully, will make it more successful in turn. This catch 22 should ensure that a usually savvy BS gives it the proper initiative it requires to get it off to the early 'flier' it needs to be.)

As to why this is happening now, I think that he Caty/Mica departure had a serious bearing. BS didn't want any more babe defections as girls hunted for Perv money. Now their babes needn't look elsewhere for that. Those two departures obviously cut them quite deep if it resulted in this subjugation to 66's now year old path.

BS seem very aware of dates and the timing of things. Their choice of Independence Day to launch the new Pervs is more of an appropriate signal to those on their babe roster than it is to the audience at home! (BS waited for any England games and most of the Euros to be out of the way of course too.)

From a broader perspective, I think that, for the first time in years, BS actually looks a little weak against their competition on this one. 66 are spending their new money on all sorts of innovations (whatever we may think of them). BS appear to be simply following in their wake on this. But this is not like them. BS should be leading the way but instead seem a little stagnant in recent months (they do indeed need new sets for instance - a fact that has already been highlighted on this thread and I wonder why it has gone unaddressed by them). I think they have now realised that. So they have looked at 66 (probably with a little envy) and decide to follow their lead. This has not been the way things between BS and 66 in the last few years. I doubt they are comfortable with that fact.

IMO, BS need to move forward quickly with some positive changes that can be seen as of their own making before this becomes a common mentality and perception.

Of course, if BS Night Babes wanted to do really dirty day shows they could do Unleashed.
But what you are saying is the PerveCam give them the opportunity to get the money for being "dirty" while maintaining the illusion/appearance that they don't really do "fully nude" or "porn".
IF this means the dayshows push out the more "glamour" style performers in favour of more babes leaning towards the "porn" side, imo that would be a shame

Did anyone see Dannii's pervcam in the office last night ? She certainly gave the impression she was revealing all. Naked and legs spread, and holding the cam very close indeed. I wonder how many of the other night girls who don't usually go all the way will use it.

When I looked in on Danni's cam the other day it clearly warned that copying was not permitted & showed my username!
