On the interview I ACTUALLY watched, he was asked if he had any influence on the out come, he said he would like to claim some but denied it.

he said "you know i said this would happen" in reply to a reporter asking him his thoughts on the eu referendum result.

Yeah I think that's going to be the refrain from the remainers. In other words the people who voted for independence weren't paying attention or were too stupid to understand the implications of their actions.
