Europe, Referendum & Brexit (formerly Europe..IN or OUT??)

I don't like Nicola Sturgeon but she does have a point about all this negative campaigning that Dave and George are pushing.

She says that they should be pushing the benefits that the EU brings and not pushing their fear based message.

Which I thought they should be doing - not all this doom and gloom.

I bet the turnout will be lower than the election!!

Wow BBC Breakfast thing on the 350 million a week. when all the money that comes back and the rebate its 161 million. and we spend 800 million a week on Millitary and £3.9 BILLION YES 3.9 BILLION ON Pensions A WEEK !!!!! No wonder the pensioners keep voting 2.9 billion on NHS a week bet half of thats to keep pensioners alive longer to take even more state penison and 1.4 billion a week to teach snotty kids as well Where the fuck is all that money going !!

The thing about the IFS figures is that they are well respected and truly independent. They have been critical of all governments in the past and pointed out where they think budget statements are using dodgy data. Still though the Brexit camp rubbish them yet repeatedly fail to show why they are right and the rest of the economists in the world are wrong.

Glad also to see the BBC showing the facts about our net EU contributions as I indicated in my post a couple of days ago about the Brexit camp repeatedly lying about it being £350m a week.

You'd like to think so but state pensions come out of government cashflow. Your NI contributions have not been invested for your future pension unlike any company pension you have.

No your contributions paid for the last lot of pensioners thats how it works im paying for your pension Charl that why we need immigrants because we aint producing the sprogs in big enough numbers to pay for all of us living longer

If we are not producing enough sprogs then how the bloody hell do the Chinese do it? They must be having sex at least once a week or more!!

the thing is most people are now leaving it late 30s-40's to have kids becuse of cost and the teenagers are having a lot less than they were when i was a teenager
