Four months recruitment, business class of course , would take the channel nicely into the next financial year. The management changes listed by Ofcom and mentioned in this thread recently seemingly have provided the backing and inspiration for this 'little' venture.

Google has it as "[Latin for "per day" or "for each day"] is a daily allowance for expenses—a specific amount of money an organization gives an individual, often an employee, per day to cover living expenses when traveling for work.")
