The only older glamour/porn name I'd like to see on the channels is Kirsten Imrie. She was fantastic when she did a few day shows 4 or 5 years ago- constantly flashing us

Being serious for a moment .
I fail to see how signing another babe is going to help if all that happens is either
(a) She is plonked on endless double babe stints
or
(b) She is designated with Jennifer Jade/Lucy Zara status which further decreases the solo stint possibilities for other babes

S66 has major issues even managing the babes it already has let alone signing new ones.
The other problem is that the best performing babes around are generally ones that deserted S66 already and appear to show little or no inclination to return.
I doubt that LDM will be the assistive Houdini tool to drag S66 out of its self inflicted mire.

The mire is so deep that I am almost at the point where I feel there is no way back for S66 at night. Their time has come and regrettably gone imo.
Sad times.

It's a nice idea Robot Devil, I'm sure she'd fit in on Golden Girls.

Sadly though, I also don't see how signing more babes will make it any better. As others have said, they struggle as it is to accommodate the girls they already have.

There are some beautiful ladies on their channel, I've always said that, the issues have always been the poor quality programming, bland performances and scheduling that just kills this channel as far as I'm concerned. I mean look at Clare - obviously a beautiful girl, but more often than not she's dumped on a crap set which has no heart, often with someone else who's so boring it would be more interesting to watch paint dry, and the whole exercise is rendered pointless.

Also, LDM has an interest in domination / fetish shows. We saw boat loads of those during her stints on BS and Red Light. Well the last thing Studio 66 (or any other channel) need is dom shows. There's too many already and they suck.

I also just can't help feeling that this smacks of desperation. They have put themselves in such a mess in terms of crap shows that it seems the good days are well and truly gone, and even "a coup" (although I don't really think it is) isn't going to turn their programmes around.

Sophia Knight was talking about some nights in december on twitter they should spend some time trying to get her do a few appearances. only thing looking forward to in december is the annual fernanda half night show on christmas day

66 do indeed have the problem of how to make their pervecams work on nights as this looks the only way that they can improve things - what with recruitment opportunities for new babes seemingly so limited.

Some good stuff has been achieved on perve at nights I think but the specific difficulty they have is in sustaining those sequences.

Cam veterans please forgive the indulgence but I think it's worth outlining the exact issues for the uninitiated here:

Good perve cam angles can be produced on the post 10 o'clock shows; ones which show plenty more than would be allowed on TV whilst still satisfying the requirements of the TV feed, but these can not be pulled off very easily in any great consecutive sequence as things are at the moment as all too often the webcam remains too stationary whilst the babe is busy elsewhere.

Earlier in the day, the generally static nature of the day shows actually helps the babes on perve. They are able to hide what they are doing/showing from the TV viewer for extended periods whilst still maintaining the vital eye contact, relationship with main camera, etc. (At least that's how it should be done!)

Nights babes don't (shouldn't) have that luxury. Here it's an even more precarious balancing act to play to both audiences successfully. The necessity to 'put on a show' on nights mandates a movement for the main camera that hinders the girl's ability to hide what they are showing on perve for very long without making the main TV caller's view particularly dull (very risky for the all-important revenue). Crucially, on cam the girl needs to build an audience over time by what they are doing/showing. The girl can then riff off/play to her audience. The best camming sessions then become a two-way experience. This feedback and the crowd 'in' the cam being the element that stops these shows from petering out with a bored girl and a forgotten unattended lens pointing at a badly painted bit of set for 45 minutes until the cleaner unplugs the laptop for her Henry!

The obvious answer is that the night girls need some behind the scenes help on perve. There are signs that 66 are slowly cottoning on to this (or at least are finally prepared to do something about it). Personally, I can only think that there has been a reluctance all-round to see the necessity of cams on nights there. Plus, you know how it is in a workplace when no-one wants to take on that extra job! In this case, all that's required of, presumably, the cameraman or whoever (any bugger really), is needing to monitor and move the bloody thing (yes every god-damn time) the girl shifts out of range. (Babes on 'standing sets' will probably need more help than those on beds and such. So that not good news if you don't like bed sets and you think that they'll be looking to minimise the workload! )

Hopefully everyone on nights at 66 has now woken up to the fact that they need these cams. They are now not going away any time soon. They are the future of this industry in one form or another. Like it or not.

Babe shows, like lots of other industries in the past, have got to adapt to survive. It looks like this one has been a reality check for some at 66. It might just yet save their bacon.

I agree with all of your post yet again Regenerated but this particular part strikes at the heart of what is important to me when watching nightshows.
The channel has a responsibility to give ALL its babes the best chance to put on a show worthy of the cost of the call, worthy of praise and worthy of opposing the nightshow product elsewhere.
The scheduling can help with this. The sets can help too.
The production, the camerawork, the lighting and even the nature of the acquisitions.
S66 needs to create some punter belief in its product.
It can only do that with a more proactive, professional and positive attitude towards its nightshow product.
Alas this seems a million miles away from any existing or potential reality I am sad to say.

'Punter belief' maybe important to us on here. But I think most of the babe channels are a little 'meh' about it as they think your average pissed looking for tits and filthly chat on his freeview box after friday night down the pub is in no way fussed or even aware of half the stuff we claim is important on here.

That may be complacency about their audience but I say they have a point. I'm not sure we on this forum are representive of your average punter.

Ah well yes we are undoubtedly the high brow punters on here .

that would be fantastic if Sophia Knight did return for a few shows

i believe that the new arrivals (the new girl named kitty, the ex-pornstar etc) are needed to replace some of the girls. Amy Rose, for instance: her experience at studio66 seems to be ended...she has no shifts for December so far, and she doesn't even know when she will be on next time. also, I hope they are not reserving lola the same treatment they have reserved to jess , a few months ago. yeah, she (lola) said that she should be on TV soon , and I hope so , but i'm still pessimistic about this situation (of course i could be 100% wrong)
anyway, some considerations:

1- if someone comes , someone else has to go ... they can not fill the roster for nightshows excessively, for problems of shift , money etc.
2- I hope that this new girl(lindsey d.mckenzie) has no "right of solo shows", like j.jade, lucy zara and hanna martin..otherwise, the situation could become very, very annoying and unfair.....especially for other girls (more 2-4-1 shows, less solos, maybe less shifts )
