I believe RLC are in the process of getting a studio and sin TV have a EPG slot, put them together and you have the basic ingredients of a babe channel. ( just add babes )

They said online that they where close to getting a new studio and returning to TV.

i noticed that a recording of Ella, topless, was broadcast right up to 5.30 in the morning when all the other channels had covered up.

RLC have always put on topless shows until 0529, it breaks no rules
currently walking on the Sunny side of the street
