If it's Television X, they might be able to help if you contact them, if you haven't tried already.

Address I've seen is
support (at) televisionx.com

Smile Is there any option given to enter your address manually instead ?

(I've found that usually works when automated address finders don't : usually the main thing that matters is that the address you give matches the address details already on file with whatever company/card provider you're going to be using for payment ?)

If the automatic address finder doesn't find your address there is usually an option below to enter it manually, as M-L-L said. So if the address finder isn't working you can normally skip it anyway and enter the address yourself. Also, if there's a country field, make sure you have filled that correctly, because if the wrong country is entered or no country is entered those automatic address finders don't ever find the address.

You mention zip code & the site asks for post code which is a British term. Are you by any chance in America & the site only accepts British registrations. (Probably total bollocks this but thought I'd put it out there!)

RE: Problem with registration step4
I couldn't see anything in the FAQ's relating to location other than the tv subscription section. It would be odd if they didn't accept international subscriptions to the website, all I can suggest is to have a look through these and see if you can spot anything that may help.
