Stargate - Directors Cut: 8.7/10.

pirates of the Caribbean series 8/10 johnny depp has captain jack sparrow has proved that he can do the big blockbuster films, he has meant to be one of the grimm brothers in the film brother grimm but was dropped has the studio people thought johnny depp was not suitable for blockbuster films. the casting of Keith Richards to be capt jack sparrow's father was fantastic.

blade 8/10 this film and the first x-men film were not successful then we would not have had all the marvel films that have been since including the rubbish that was fantastic 4 and its sequal. Wesley snipes was due to play black panther in another film but that got kept being delayed so he read the script for blade and decided to do blade instead which meant black panther was on the scrap heap. snipes is interested in doing another blade but after blade trinity which was poor the next film has to go back to the original and be darker and violent. I would like to see a reboot where by we see him become blade.

Automata. Interesting movie.

age of ultron. what a pile of shite...
looks good, but theres no real story behind it...
basically there was no depth to the characters as there all vying for screen time so none of them really get to sink there teeth into there roles.
end result is you get the impression you just watched an extended tv episode.

Furious 7 you know what to expect but always good fun

Jupiter Ascending. Cliched, poor and senseless script. In the category of 'you spent a fortune making a film, have decent sfx but don't bother with a worthy plot' In the vein of Dune without the style and even felt like a movie from the 80's

Wild Card. Probably the worst Statham movie I've seen

Tomorrow Never Dies Uncut, really looks good on blu ray 8.5/10.

Zero Effect - 7/10.
Enjoyed the performances of both Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller.

Galaxy Quest, one of the best Star Trek films which actually isn't a Star Trek. A very funny film abs no matter how many times I watch it's never gets old 9.3/10.

the matrix on blu ray 8/10..looks and sounds amazing.
few years old now but still stands up well.

Survivor 5/10 predictable action movie starring Pierce Brosnan and Milla Jovovich, a sort of Bond vs Alice but lacking any originality.
