This is incorrect. ATVOD have no jurisdiction over live broadcasts on the web. They cover video on demand only - that's the VOD in ATVOD.

Not true because Babestation have used a second camera in the past which was very revealing and which wasn't behind a paywall.

OFCOM are the TV regulator, not an internet regulator. OFCOM can't stop Babebstation transmittimg Unleashed or anything else online. Perhaps you mean ATVOD? But that doesn't work either because ATVOD only cover video on demand, not live streaming.

I remember they had another angle for a while. Just at the start of all this regulatory pressure wasn't it? Thought they'd been dissuaded from using it by some pressure from outside. Now I see misremembered that too.

Wonder why they did drop it after all? Did the girls not like it perhaps? No money to be made from it?

The Studio66 tv.com website is a UK website and is ATVOD regulated and is subject to UK ATVOD rules .

Non of the various Babestation websites are UK sites, Game Networks BV a Dutch company own/operate the various BS websites, so they do not come under UK rules . I can't find it now, but there used to be a message on one of the BS sites stating the site came under Dutch regulations .

Yes the website is ATVOD regulated. Their prerecorded vids are definitely covered. But is the live stream? I'm confused! It applies to still images too. I wouldn't have thought tptb would have missed that trick.

You are not the only one that's confused, it's been puzzling me for some time . The Studio 66 TV.com website that streams the live shows is definitely regulated by ATVOD, (it's on ATVOD's list of regulated sites) but the live streaming doesn't qualify as video on demand, but the site that streams the live shows is regulated by ATVOD .
I would have thought that if STD 66 could stream live free to view harder content via their website that isn't behind a age verified pay wall without getting into trouble, then like BS they would be doing it ? .

We're still waiting for the xtreme filth web-only show to come online (since October), could these regulations have something to do with the delay, in that it can't be done via the s66 site, like they may have originally wanted to do.

dose where the channels server is based have any bearing on who regulates what, 66 server is in the usa which is also the domain's nationality so this makes 66's web site a American operation don't know if this would affect things in any way,
had a look where the others channels online nationality's are bs are form the small pacific island of Tuvalu, RLC & xpanded both UK
