Following on from eccles post I happened to stumble across these episodes in their entirety. The biggest question is will the UK version be censored (ie private parts and breasts blurred out) or go out in exactly the same unedited form of the Dutch.

Yes but to my knowledge because naked and afraid was produced in the USA so that's why there is blurring throughout. The DVD has however been officially released and I've no idea whether it went out uncensored or not so if anybody could shed some light then that would be appreciated.
Although our standards have always been prudish unlike the Americans we're not in the same league when it comes to self censorship. I look forward with interest to see if the UK follows suit and also produces Adam and Eve uncensored, I have a hunch that it won't be blurred out.

Being honest the Dutch show isn't really offensive in any way. There is nothing remotely sexual in the content just nudity which is available FOC on beaches all over Europe. However someone at the Daily Mail would declare war on whatever channel dared to broadcast such a show....

If you haven't seen it already it is worth catching up on Penny Dreadful, Skys totally over the top mention everyone Victorian Gothic fantasy. I am waiting for Sherlock Holmes to turn up, but he probably wont as he is from detective fiction. Just about everyone else has.
Billy Piper gets her kit off.

 For Art of course.

Last weeks episode opened with a languid orgy tableau, in which a crouching woman munched another womans flan, a couple played hide the sausage and a man nibbled Dorian Greys nipple. That's lesbianism, fucking, homosexuality, multiple minges and many many breasts between 9:01 and 9:02.

So much for a gentle transition after the watershed. No close ups, no pussy on show, and a relatively short scene (barely time to get a hard on) but plenty to cause offence. Ad not on a special channel tucked away in the 900s for a self selecting audience. Given the subject matter, gothic horror, parents up and down the country must be batting away teens pleading to watch.

It is broadcast at 9:00 on Sky Atlantic, repeated at 10 on Sky Atlantic+1, 9 and 10 on Thursday and again the following Saturday, in case you too want to write a letter of complaint to the Daily Mail. Oh wait, its not on the BBC or Channel 4 so they wont be interested.
