no, it was working 24/7 but seems to be down now

Neither of these are working for me - both just show a blank screen with a number along the bottom. Firefox, Chrome and IE all show nothing.

Then again it does only broadcast from 11pm onwards so that's probably why I have a blank screen, I'm officially a chump

looks like the web site is down as it shows from 9 pm
