I don't know how the pay structure works at STD 66 but i know for a fact that it varies on some channels, Bang Babes/Tease Me TV used to have a set rate depending on what Bang had offered a girl when joining them, it varied depending on what Bang Media thought the girl was worth, but on top of the normal pay if a girl received a certain number of calls they could make a bonus .
A few years ago now Rachel Cole said when she was on the mic at BS doing a show called "meet the Babes" that Donna Duke was on more money than she was .
I can't see how girls getting paid mainly on commission would work on some channels, BS for instance don't give their girls equal screen time, also some are on channels from 10pm that broadcast on Sky and freeview (FV 173) whilst others are not on Sky and freeview until 12am, so obviously a girl on Sky and Freeview will get more calls, then there is the cheap rate call BS channel, i assume a girl on a cheap rate channel would get higher call volumes than one what isn't, it would be unworkable on BS as the girls screen time and channel deployment isn't shared round equally, it all depends on were and when and how long the producers put the girls on, so it wouldn't be a fare way of doing things .
xxXPanded is another, it has one channel broadcasting on Sky and freeview and one Sky only channel, so the girls on Sky and Freeview will get higher call volumes than those that aren't, so a mainly commission based wage wouldn't really be a fare way of doing things .

PS, As for Fernanda i have no doubt she's one of the top Sky daytime babe channel earners, but there's no way her call volumes will be as great as some of the girls that work on channels that broadcasts at night to a combined Sky and Freview audience such as Lolly B and other girls

see s66 have finally found a new nightbabe after Jamie said her was having trouble finding new ones

I'm talking about the ratio of calls taken while on screen .Blimey ,some of the B.S. girls work 4/5 nights a week and have loads of downtime while on screen .Personally I can't see how else they get paid if it's not commisioned based .If they're not generating calls ,where does their wages come from ? Also why do they use option numbers and PIN 's to differentiate who's taking the calls ? If it all goes into a collective pot ,why do they need seperate lines and options ?
Finally ,what incentive have the girls got if they get paid regardless ?

Like i said i don't know how STD 66 do things, but i wouldn't be surprised if they and most of the channels run some sort of phone revenue related bonus pay structure, but one channel did use a mainly commission based wage structure a few years ago, the girls didn't like it and some left to join other channels that worked on a more basic pay structure plus a call volume related bonus way of doing things, the channel then did away with the more commission based pay structure and some girls went back again .

They need separate lines and options and pin numbers (on some channels) so that the bosses know which girls are good at their jobs and bring in the most money and pay bonuses to etc, the lower revenue earners will be let go or not paid as much

The incentive of the girls is to make their bonus and not lose their job if their call stats are bad .

Rammy i could be wrong on this but since when has STD 66 been a huge cable show ?, Jesse say's she got offered a shoot in London for a week in December for a huge cable show, she doesn't mention anything about working on a live TV babe channel, maybe she thinks STD 66 is a huge cable show?, it seems a odd way of putting things to me, could Jamie just be welcoming her to the UK in general and not specifically to work on the live STD 66 tv channels ?.
It would be a huge coup for a small set up like STD 66 that's for sure to get Jesse to do a shoot for them , but if she thinks she's working for a huge cable company then she's in for a surprise when she ends up in the old wall paper factory at the Barley Mow Centre in Chiswick were STD 66 broadcasts from .

The thing is Ofcom themselves have said they are undertaking a targeted monitoring campaign of STD 66 and other babe channels, in the past the American porn stars on STD 66 and BS have gone a little to far at times and shown what they aren't supposed to, both channels got away with it back then, presumably Ofcom weren't monitoring them at that time, so in today's climate and with all the trouble STD 66 have been in recently with Ofcom would it be wiser for STD 66 to put Jess on a special web only show and possibly doing a 2-4-1 with existing STD 66 girls such as Sophia knight .

don't worry im not starting jesse's thread just yet since there is still 2 months till jesse is going to be on and things can change. think what jesse was meaning when she says s66 is a huge cable company is that it is a huge/big company in the uk tv phone sex industry rather than a big cable/satelllite company overall in uk

I think when jesse is on s66 she will do 3 or 4 shows on s66 skyshows, do a shoot for s66 website just like most of the previous s66 guest us stars have done and wouldn't surprise me if jesse does a s66 webcam show too.

also im sure jesse knows all about s66 and where it is etc having spoken to alexis texas, Tanya tate or any of the other us guest stars

cant see jesse just doing webcam shows as s66 will want to get calls in from people watching via sky

Us is more cable tv than satellite broadcasting so anything other than the major 4 networks are classed as cable even if u get them on sat lol
