I have e-mailed the same person who sorted my April prize within a day, yet in the week since e-mailing about my May & season prize I have had no response or prize issued to my user name.

I haven't received a single prize yet over the course of the whole season. This after countless emails with no response. Count yourself lucky you even got one prize!

Just checking - are you emailing David at david@wowzoom.co.uk (and not Carla Brown anymore)?

I have done, as well as contacting support, both with no response as of yet.

I have tried to claim prizes but nothing yet, emailed david with all the details. Waiting for $250 and a couple of show tickets

Thanks for taking the time to reply and help with sorting out this issue, however it has been almost a week since I e-mailed the promotions address and my account has yet to be updated.

Just wondering has this issue been resolved for others, and if so how did you get it resolved?

Hi Jim, I still can't see an email from you. Did you use promotions@fantasyvillage.co.uk ? I have several emails from other people. Be grateful if you could try again and also let me know here when sent and I will keep an eye out for it. David
