How much do they earn?

Well, Lori Buckby got a new Porsche the other week. However, I bet that because they are good looking, car dealers give the more famous girls special offers, hoping to get into their pants and being disappointed as they drive off as they realise that there is no chance the lass will call.

A few years ago I was on holiday and met a babeshow girl who is still on the channels. She was with a guy, quite a bit older than her and there was a conference thing in the hotel that lasted for a week.

Anyway, I got there the day after the conference ended, and I bumped into the girl at about midnight and she was drunk. She ended up telling me that she had been there for two weeks, and was staying for another week and was being paid £2500 a day and would earn £60000 with bonuses at the end of the three weeks. As she was a guest of the owner of the hotel's son, she didn't have to pay a thing. Flights were paid for, food and drink, transportation, clothes, etc.

All that money, and she wasn't asked to sleep with the guy. She was just eye candy, and was quite clear about it. Nothing physical but she would be introduced as his girlfriend. They had separate apartments in the penthouse.

Anyway, my point is that these two weeks before had really done a job on her. She was a mess. Really nice in person and very smart, but she was absolutely at the end of her rope when I met her. I spent some time with her during her last week there, and she told me she would use that money responsibly, put it away and let the interest look after it. She was, and still is, very aware that it's a running clock on this part of her life. So she's been preparing for the end of her time as a babechannel girl.

I still see her sometimes, and she's never done a "trip" again because of how it made her feel, but apparently the girls get these offers all the time.

Whenever I see a girl say on Twitter that she's taking a month or so off, that's usually because she's undergoing surgery or she's taking a "trip".

Some of these girls are so naive and silly, they spend the money before they've really got it, and then they have to stay in the business to keep paying for the lifestyle they've become used to. Then the offers start drying up, so they start to go further in what they will do for that money.

It's very sad, but it's life.

Nothing physical, and they paid her that much, and had her claim to be his girlfriend? I find that hard to believe. She could have been telling a fib to avoid telling you that she's banging him

Yes, you could take it that way, except the guy who paid for her services is actually gay. She was his beard if you like, as the client's father was very religious and didn't want to appear weakened by his son's 'immoral behaviour' at the conference. So they pool their money, pick a clean looking girl from abroad, set her up in the hotel, and parade her around in public when needed.

Happens a lot in the Middle East. They just write off the money as business expenses.

I sincerely doubt it. How long would luxury car dealer last if they did that for every moderately attractive woman that walked in. If anything you want to make the most profit you can off the ladies as they're less likely to beat you down on price and hopefully have a rich sugardaddy paying for it.

So your son's gay and in order to convince everyone that he's not you hire a babechannel girl of all people? So he's parading around a woman who takes her clothes off for a living in the Middle East someone who may be recognised & at best they'll surely suspect is a prostitute plus they're paying her an absolute fortune when you could have had a discrete professional do the same for less than half that. I mean she's not very good at her job if she told you the bloke is gay.

Your first point: I've got friends who work in the car business and the owners give very good deals to gorgeous women. They may ask her to appear in advertising for the company as a means to reduce the cost of the car.

It does happen. You know when a pretty girl walks into a bar she won't have to pay for a drink? Well, they won't get a free car, but they might get one at a reduced cost.

With the recession, these sort of deals are becoming less and less frequent, and with more women now getting into management roles at car companies, it doesn't happen as much. But it does take place.

Secondly: In the Middle East homosexuality is seen as a weakness in the Islam community. It does not reflect well on the father if the son is gay. That's changing, but influential people try to remain true to their Islamic roots, as they believe their religion plays a huge part in their success in life.

She didn't tell me he was gay at the time, she told my girlfriend, who then told me after the holiday.

Yes, "don't shag men during conference week" might be a good idea. I don't care what he does in bed, but they do and they spend a lot of money for the sake of appearances. Guys will hire porn stars for these things, to be their "companions" for a week or so. They don't actually care if they are porn stars or hookers or babechannel girls, they just want the sexuality these girls bring, as it elevates their standing among their peers.

I saw this thread about money, and thought I'd contribute, but obviously I'm not getting my point across well enough so I'll leave it.

Sad but true that the career of someone that depends on their looks will be short. Just look at mainstream TV and film where there are very few parts for women over 30. One Asian actress even sued IMBD for revealing her true age, saying she lost work.

Few women are realistic enough to realise that at the time. It can take years to break into decent money, then they might have 5 years before things start to go downhill.

Some of the sums mentioned are more than most people I know earn, but less than many consultants earn. Having good looks, a fit body and being able to do an 8 hour shift several days a week listening to calls without breaking the rules or going mental when yet another caller asks to see your feet is a skill, just as much as what consultants do. If anyone could do it rates would drop.

The babes earn much less than investment bankers who make fortunes from meaningless twitches of markets, estate agents, criminal lawyers who exploit loopholes, tax avoidance accountants and footballers. Given the choice, who would you prefer was well paid?

I'd also say Criminal Lawyers as that's one of the most important jobs we have and it's many years of studying to get in that profession.
