Er . . . , so? I don't see any difference - she's still preventing us from seeing any more than we would if she was wearing a thong. If Ofcom think there's a difference it's just more evidence of their faulty thought processes.

Wrong according to Ofcom , the thong is not classed as explicit or adult sex material , a hand between the legs could be classed as more explicit adult sex material .
