Totally agree dirk362, very frustrating. It's like watching a VHS recording where the tracking is slightly off. And I also agree it seemed to coincide with the new OSG's, although I have noticed a worsening of late. Today's picture quality is the worst I've seen.

I don't usually post unaffected caps [because mine are DVD caps, as opposed to webstream ones] but I think I should here to show the difference in quality. This is a cap from June 2011 of Kirsty-Louise on Club Paradiso...



Pretty good. It's always going to be slightly brighter from the .vob file but the lighting is good, skin tone is decent and the pixelation was one of the best on the babe channels. Jump forward to March 2012 with Aimee Lou, before the graphics changed but after it had become Storm...



The skin tone is not as rich but I can work with that. And the .wmv file [video file] would be about right. Now, here's an unaffected cap of Elle taken from last week's show...



I'm really not sure what I can do with that one. The pixelation is really bad, the skin tone is awful [and nothing like what Elle's real skin tone is like, even though her oriental skin is a little pale at times] and the lighting is creating a two-tone effect, where her legs are probably about right but her top half is very pale indeed. Later on in the show she switched round her position and her legs were a lot lighter than her face so it must be the lighting, not Elle. Also, notice the green strip down the left edge. There's a purple one on the other side but I cut it out [force of habit!]

I also wanted to add that I am not a regular complainer on this forum. I don't have a vendetta against the channel or think the shows are "boring as f*ck". Personally, considering the content is free to air and, if I want unmitigated excitement, I'll go watch Internet porn - I think the channels are about good enough for my liking. But a channel producing live tv, that used to get it so right, should at least be able to do the basics.

Czech girl Lilly on Storm today. Gorgeous young lady. Fantastic accent and looking great in boots in the office. Got to love those Czechs for their contribution to beautiful women.

I think that courtney was a big loss,At least Cali is still there.

That was a strong lineup last night wasn't it? Roxanna and Jemma. Give Storm some credit for a good night!

Happy to report that the picture quality on Storm is continuing to improve. This is an unaffected cap from Elle's show last week...

It's just a pity that they choose not to run the webstream for most shifts. It's only been on for two of the last nine and was even off on Saturday night.

Just been checking Ofcom's latest monthly licencing update bulletin and it seems that Chat Central Limited the company that owns the television licence of Storm has sold/transferred the licence to another company, it says in this part of Ofcom's bulletin that gives the details of new licence's granted and licence transfers etc that in July the Licence of Storm was transferred from a company called "Chat Central Limited" to a new company called "Live Television Limited", this doesn't seem to be just a name change because name changes are also mentioned in this broadcast bulletin in a different section and this change isn't mentioned in the name change section , so it seems that the Storm Sky tv channel now has new owners .

Ps , this doesn't necessarily mean Storm is under new management , but it does mean that the channel/licence that Storm uses is now owned by a different company , i'm not sure if Storm does like quite a few other Babe channels do and that is lease their channel from another company .

Does anybody know why roxey belle left storm? Seems she always retweets when she gets complements on her past shows, so it doesn't seem like she wanted to leave. However, the channel itself has said recently on twitter that they miss her too!!
Anybody got the answer? Thanks.
