and a gud silver from christine in the womens 400. thought richards wud beat her but none the less it was a gud effort!

So what have we got so far today? I make it 2 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze.

Well done to Nevin, boxed well against the Mexican. He's done well to get bronze, but hopefully he can turn that bronze to gold or silver. I'm also hoping our other boxers win medals

I think Bolt will win gold in the 100m sprint and make a new world record. Blake will win silver and Gatlin will win bronze

All of the guys bar Josh Taylor (Lightweight) are still in it I think. Josh was beaten by the World Champion at Lightweight but was also fighting in the class below what he had fought at for most of his career (Light Welterweight). Hopefully the rest of the lads can all pick up medals.

We could well top Beijing in terms of overall medals and look very likely to win more golds than in Beijing.

Can't wait for the bolt show

6 still left in out of the 7 male! females i think there is 2.
