you know what, we hav just won a stackful of gold medals today in the rowing, carried it on in the velodrome, then had an amazing nite in the stadium with more gold medals, then a football team goes and spoils it, well never mind, been a great day

Can't complain too much I suppose......now it's time for the medal ceremony for Mrs Jessica Pussylover!

In all of my years of watching GB in the Olympic games (And i'm showing my age as i've seen quite a few) i've never experienced anything like what i've just witnessed in the last 90 minutes or so in the athletics stadium.

Many congratulations not only to Jess, Greg and Mo, but also to the cyclists and rowers who helped us scoop 6 gold medals today.

What a day
