Dionne smiles all the time, or at least has intense giggle fits (Some very funny)! Maybe she doesn't smile much on calls? She's not going to be smiling if she's trying to turn someone on, as that would be a bit creepy, and she doesn't always have calls anyway, which can be boring. I don't think anyone who knows her or has called her before, would care if she's smiling or not. Somtimes if there's too much smiling it can seem forced. Infact, I think some crying from all the women might be nice to see for once!

She is one miserable lady. The only time she smiles is to the crew, bitching about her last caller. She makes me think twice about calling as I reckon she'll snap at me for disturbing her crew conversations. Add to the fact she is so stuck up and thinks she is better than the place makes calling the last thing I wanna do...she would just be so unimpressed with whatever you'd have to say.
