I don't think the salaries for any girl are big now as the shows they are allowed to do are not as entertaining as they used to be and therefore will attract less audience

i would guess its a similar deal to what they had with rlc, so if it is then PB would have the final say as to what girls can work on the channel,
also PB have a off site guy monitoring the out put who can phone up and get girls outfits changed, get girls not to go into a position if he don't like it,
i never heard of them having a say in the sets but would not be surprised if there was a minimum level set in the contract,

by sacking most if the girls who have carried this channel for years so as there wage bill did not get to big, so they could start paying wages to some! girls like what they would get else where, something they never did before this link up with PB

Oh well they were hardly the most popular girls anyway i can't remember any of their names, Sophie Hart stood out by a mile and she was soon snapped up by BS

Belle was using a mic today are they finally going to use it on the night show?

i wish Tori would wear that on the nightshows it would make a change from the normal cliched outfits the babes wear

what outfits would be termed as 'clichéd?'

Dom outfits, secretary outfits, school girl outfits, leotards, stockings, tights,
i can't see the babes rocking up on screen in their dressing gown and PJ's though, the best "outfit" is the birthday suit that dosen't get boring

Nice to see some pants down action last night. A relaxation of the rules? I step in the right direction me thinks.
