It was bias, he clearly stated NOBODY knows what it would be like if Britian was out, the in's or the out's.

Yet he likens it to a creationaist saying the and evolutionanist is wrong, I assume the outs being the creationalist.

Over all, he said nothing that's not already been said and pretty much that things are going ok now so why changed them.

He gave some objections, but has he himself stated, nobody knows, yes there is goign to be a short term hit, it's a massive thing, but there is no way of knowing what the long term is.

This legislation he speaks off, the UK can decide to keep which laws it wants, he was talking as if the whole legal system would collapse.

Over all, his talk came across like the UK had made a troubled bad marriage with entering the common market, but one were they think it's better to stay married for the sake of the children; but this is not always that case.

It's a complete bitch of a decision to make do you go with, it's not perfect but it will do, or take a hit and it MIGHT be better in the long run.

It doesn't help these debates, apparently out now will result in the troubles in NI coming back and being in EU has made the place a safe place - tell that to all those slaughtered in Yugoslavia.

Incidentally, does anybody know anything about history, before WW1 in 1914 when was the last war fought between Britian and any European state? would it be 1815? Have we had a war with Franch since the Napolionic wars?

It would appear to me that most people posting in this thread have already made up their mind, and I would seriously doubt that you are going to change that.

Everybody's approach is going to be different and rightly so. We all have different lifestyles, different beliefs, and we all come from different backgrounds.
All we can do is look at the information available, decide what we want to believe, and make a decision based on that for ourselves.
Nobody can ultimately forecast the future.

I was swaying, in fact had made my mind up to vote out at one point, but then I was not so sure.

I said right at the start, I am pretty much apolitical I have voted 3 or 4 times in my whole life, the first one was novelty, then the year after and last time as a protest vote. As for european and local elections never voted in them once.

This is different, it's a huge once in a life time chance. Looking at it all though and listening to these tv debates, reading what has been put here and even to the expert on the youtube clip, it's pretty clear nobody knows at all.

There's been nothing from either the yay or nay side that has made me think, oooo right yes, nothing at all.

I have also stated it's my training to question, it HAS to be the remains that is questioned most becasue has I have said, and others, you have no idea what it is to be out now, so their arguments are pretty much mute or best guess at most.

Quite frankly I still have no clear idea, so at the moment, I think I will revert to my usual and reframe from voting. That way, there should be no perceivable difference as off now (though Brittian will loose it's influence, and it is heading for a USofEU, and there will be a European Amy [ye gads] and turkey will join) but, i'll probably be dead by then any way.

If the vote is out, and it turns out to be unmitigated doom as the in's would have it, then it wouldn't be on my head either.

There after, I will have the blessed relief of blissfully returning to an apolitical stance.

Did you see the dimbleby thing tonight? apparently Britian had pushed for 70 laws and were out voted 70 times.

Europe is a hugely different situation all together. Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of European politics but i am considering voting, at the moment that vote is more than likely to be an out vote, but one based on gut reaction rather than informed knowledge, however, I would like to be as fully informed as I can be before making my decision to vote out, or not to vote at all; I will not vote for in since there seems to be a majority for that. So all these questions I am asking are for a reason, and all the challengers to the responses are there to clarify the facts of the matter in my mind. I cannot be the only one in this situation.

What you have falling for the the same ol trick people on here play. They ignore what I ACTUALLY write and then tell me what i think do and say then people tend to accept what they write as fact, when it's not at all.
