Offcom changed the rules, so less is now allowed. Trust me, I'd like to see more, but just posting negativity about a channel and asking for what wont happen is just a waste of time.

I think its a simply solution: If you dont like BSX, then stop posting and move on. If you like BSX but want to help it improve, post some constructive comments.

Clearly you dont know what you are talking about. I've posted criticism, I know what I like, but because I dont sit here whinging on, does that make my input any less valued than yours? I think not.

BabestationX is truly a pathetic attempt at putting on so-called adult entertainment, just a very successful way of getting gullible people to hand over their cash. It should be these programmes that Ofcom concentrate on getting off the air.

So when did Ofcom change the rules for encrypted shows? , to my knowledge Ofcom have never allowed hard core material or penetration shots to be shown on adult content encrypted tv .
As for BSX it ain't regulated by Ofcom , it doesn't have a Ofcom licence, Ofcom have no power to ban/block it, dish out fines, deal with complaints etc, the regulation of this channel is the responsibility of NICAM the Dutch tv regulator , BSX is licensed in the Netherlands and not the UK, Nicam regulate this channel in accordance with European rules and UK laws and not Ofcom licence conditions for this type of program .

I thought that it was Ofcom that controls the strength, since BSX comes through Freeview. I know Ofcom cant stop the internet feeds, and they've tried to harrass the dutch regulators about them.

Well there has been quite a bit of discussion about the Dutch licence, from what we think anything transmitted on UK tv must abide by UK TV laws, Ofcom do not make Laws they are a licencing body that decides on rules/guidelines for the licence they give out, so BSX doesn't abide by licence guidelines for a licence it doesn't have , Ofcom cannot even request a recording of the show if a complaint is made, they just pass the complaint over to Nicam , Ofcom have no jurisdiction over this channel at all, they have said this themselves, all they can do is complain to the Dutch regulator like they have already done about BS starting before 12am on freeview , Ofcom don't allow babe channels to start on freeview before 12am , but as they have said themselves they are powerless to prevent BS from starting before 12am because they have a Dutch licence and are not breaking UK tv laws, only Ofcom rules

{edit} Just thought i'd add that just because BSX is regulated by the Dutch regulator and not Ofcom it doesn't mean NICAM will allow BSX to show far harder content than what it does, from what i can gather NICAM regulates the channels in accordance with generally excepted standards of the UKviewers and not what would be acceptable to be shown on Dutch tv, NICAM's view at times has differed from Ofcom's views , NICAM have in fact probably been regulating adult phone chat babe channels on Sky and freeview longer than Ofcom have .

Yes indeed Roger, I can confirm that I was happy with Nicolle's show on Wednesday night. As you say there were some dull moments, but there was enough good stuff from Nicolle to make me happy. I had to wait 2 months for Nicolle to appear on this channel, so I'm very pleased it was a good show and worth the wait.

It matters not at the moment who BSX have their licence with. The output is still Ofcon compliant i.e. no explicit sexual imagery as defined by Ofcon as to what constitutes explicit imagery.

They (Ofcon) are only one organisation in a number of organisations over the years who have tried to limit adult entertainment in the UK.
