What does every one think about The Chat & who is your top presenter!

If you had read his post you would have realised that The Chat isn't trying to compete with the sexual titilation shows, in fact it is deliberately trying to offer viewers something different.

You claim your show is none sexually related yet you charge same price as the flirty/sexual related shows. I think your concept is a noble one but if that experiment is anyting to go by an unrealistic one. Lower your charges if you wish to compete with the sexual titilation shows.

I have read his thread and he is trying to get people to invest in a different kind of product to what the rest of the babeshows are producing. The fact that it is a 900 chanel means that they are in competition with the other number 900 channels. It is called product differentiation. The Apprentice is up against more often than not The UEFA champions league(9.00pm Wednesdays) it is a total different product yet it is in competition with it. They are fighting to get the viewers attention. Like wise the chat is a different kind of show to the babe channels yet is in competition with them for callers.

If the other channels went bust the chat would be guaranteed to get more callers. unfortunately for the chat that scenario is unlikely, so therefore has to strive to get callers. I am suggesting that to lower the charge would be a start.

I think the chat is a sadder programme, than the likes of bsdaytime or party people in a way.

You know what you're getting with them, a tommy tank when no one is watching

The Chat? Eh? It's a programme to umm 'chat' so basically it suits people with no friends who will pay premium rate charge to say 'it's pissing down here in Dorset' - eh, what??

I know it is hard to believe but some of us on here want more than something to have a tommy tank over!!
