Slow boards help!!!... check here

It's Google what does it. When a site has as much click traffic as this one has, plus so many references to various channel names and presenter names, then we're within the first few results for almost any conceivable google search containing 900 channel relevant terms. We seemed to achieve critical mass about six months ago, so growth will just keep on happening for the foreseeable future. If only the economy worked like that, we could solve Britain's recession from this site alone.

Working very fast for me today for some reason, a big surprise for me!

A big relief to me as i usually experience the worst slowness possible - the combination of the forum being generally slow and my computer being generally slow..

But today it's working so fast and clear, and im very thankful for it.

Well I'll be the first to report on the speed after the move. It's working very smoothly at present, even with 600 users online.

My service provider has just been updated with the new IP address, and now no problems.

Yes it's faster for sure. We have 555 users just now and the speed is very good. I think the problems used to set in before at around the 450 or so users mark. That's when slowness began to be apparent.

Wow! Its Faster than i can remember, lets hope it stays like it! Mind you,Holly James is on tonight, so maybe it will slow up again soon?!

Yes I agree, I often come on at this time and I've never seen the forum this fast.

fourum speeds: before after ....

I've had no problems with speed since the change over.

Same mate, the speed has been great for me and i've had no errors since the upgrade - and this is coming from me with the terribly slow computer.
