Sky Arts - Meat Loaf 'Bat Out Of Hell' - Classic albums series

Never gets old! Almost unbelievable that one man - Jim Steinman - wrote Meat Loaf into the annals of history as one of Music's greatest legends. Like many Albums of the time (what the hell happened recently??) Bat out of Hell never gets old. Every time you hear it, the songs may be familiar, but the experience is 'unique'

It was unlikely to happen, given the heights the first album reached, but BAOH II for me, was a pale shadow of it's 'former' self, although still commercially successful - particularly the U.S and here in the UK

He's never been a picture of health, so he's done well to rebound this time.

Billed as a more personal series, so the competitive premise of previous series seems to have been dropped (good), in favour of a more generalised happy-clappy, "why aye, mate, what a lot of good grub there is about" vibe etc. Dave's fragility is mildly telegraphed in that Si does more of the heavy lifting in segments (eg how to make a haggis).
