As this seems to have become the thread for communicating with Mark Cremona (BTW I for one am grateful to him for coming on here to answer our legitimate concerns), I would like to make the following suggestions:

- It does feel as though a certain number of girls on mainstream BS are not really being used to their full potential (I won't go into the old arguments about whether some girls are on much longer than others!). Some of these girls have done some seriously good 2-4-1s in the past, although I appreciate they won't wish to go fully naked. I won't say who they are, but you only have to look at some of the great sessions on the mainstream channels (before Ofcome got active on this) to get an idea. If some of these girls could be persuaded to do some of this on BSX, it might help to make the schedules more interesting and provide a balance where it is not possible to find girls who are prepared to go fully naked. HOWEVER
-For this to work properly, all the girls need to understand on the one hand what is expected of them, and on the other what is permissible on an encrypted channel as distinct from FTA channels. I do think there is some uncertainty about both these things among many of the girls. Certainly there often seems to be a massive mis-match between the advertising of the channel ("no rules, kissing/licking etc") and what we actually get. I appreciate this may be due to inexperience with some of the newer girls, but this can't be an excuse for the more experienced ones, who quite frankly sometimes look as though they're taking the piss. It also looks as though some of the girls seem to think they are still working within Ofcom rules. Perhaps these girls could do with some education on what is possible/permissible, and those who really aren't interested in putting on a "X"-level show should be discouraged from going on the channel?

No, the previous live shows are not available on the website.
They do put pre-produced content on there, which is the harder versions than shown on BSX for obvious reasons.

yes, the old 2-4-1's has been something I have been trying hard to introduce on BSX, I have been surprised by the number of refusals by our girls on this point even by girls who used to do it, but Im not giving up, the 2-4-1 concept it was at the heart of what I wanted to bring to BSX as a way of compensating for the lack of girls we have who will go fully naked... I never realized it would be so difficult, Im still pushing for it so dont give up yet.

We have been trying to 'un-educate' the girls regarding their ofcom training, they are massively conditioned by Production to working in a certain way so when we plonk them on a sofa and say 'ok, you can kiss each other now' they look at you and say 'this is a trick question right?' ..again, this is something we are trying to remedy.

finally I hear your call about girls and an 'X-level' show and I feel your pain, for me it is so agonizing to read the weekly schedule and count on one hand (sometimes one finger) the number of girls who will be doing fully naked shows and this comes down to limitations of girls we have available and of those who are prepared to go on BSX

We are starting to feed in newer girls into the BSX machinery like Brooklyn Blue who is also a Porn Performer and these girls have had less ofcom conditioning than our more established stars and are much more reminiscent of my production days on LiveXXX in that they are much more difficult to control, more's the pity.

Now if you produce a show along the lines of Livexxx !!!!!! Everyone would be happy!!

I think if the rules allow it then the girls have no business refusing to do it. No point asking us to ring in and direct the show if they are going to be picky about what they will and won't do if its not going to get them into trouble.

The solution is simple, don't book the girls who refuse to work at Bsx level, when they see there pay packets shrinking, the will soon change their mind.

Plenty of ladies out there ready to do a good job if the current ones don't want to i'm sure.

The do have a right to refuse to work at that level, BSX also have the right to refuse to let them work on BSX if they aren't willing too.
