Review of last night's show

Alice has just finished on 674 and was blurred from about 4.30 when I saw her very briefly on the way to the toilet! BUT very clear on the webshow stream!!!!!!!......?????? What the hell is going on?..........

I had a look on Alice's chat just after midnight, to see wtf was going on.
Aside from Alice threatening to block anyone who moaned about it the Mr P on duty said it was an 'experiment'. After further pressure from the chatbox he said he was only following orders

I suspect it was Alice calling the shots over the producer, as nobody else was affected that I saw, and it was an unusual comment from a Mr P, who all usually put on a united front when pushing back against criticism.

I would guess she was using the tv platform to try and push more people onto the webstream.

Be interesting to see if the experiment is repeated. The osg on the tv kept repeating "the phonelines are very quiet".

I bet they were...

Well what a different night on FV!!!! Alice was awful: details below!.....
Also on 673 we saw Buffy Le Brat for 1 hour 3 minutes braless early and very nice!Jamie Knight for just 25 minutes but went naked as usual! Nice! Arura Sky! on for 42 minutes! until 4.16! I still think that with the OSG graphics on TV it would have been safe to be unblurred!..........
Following reading the comments about this in another thread and having now watched the shows I have another theory! I think it's possible that the producer/cameraman set everything up the wrong way round and left it like that all night as (certainly on FV) Alice was the only girl using that set all night. I'm hoping that I'm right!? But although she's not as much a favourite of mine as she used to be she (or BS or both!?) really spoilt the whole night!! Bye for now and hopefully tonight will be better!? It could hardly be worse!?.......

No, the guys on the chat were very clear that the tv was blurred and the producer acknowledged that. It wasn't a mistake.

I enjoyed Saturday night, good line up for a Saturday most putting on good shows,

If on Monday February 20th, Layla Rose was on Sky, therefore doing a 'tv-friendly' show, then I don't know why she wasn't on 'Freeview' at all.. whereas Alice's blurred show, unprecedented on fv, shouldn't have been on tv at all, except for being 'un-blurred' on BSX!

As indicated in the two posts linked in "Alice G" above, whilst she's not necessarily one of my favourites, I'm not uninterested.
Indeed, there are probably a number of others, including on Xpanded, that I would miss less, if they "retired" before her.

Also in one of those linked posts, I remarked that "sometimes, it's better to watch TV, combined with pervecam, rather than either off-tv pervecam, or BSX!", unlike Alice's blurred show on Saturday night, which certainly wasn't making the most of both media!

I could have happily paid more attention, to listening to one, or some of both, of my favourite Blur albums, the 1997 self-titled one, and Think Tank, during the time Alice was on fv!
