News Of the World Axed Following Phone Hacking

ket's hope that when the judge led inquiry takes place the whole truth does come out. You can't lie under oath. But the big question is this:-

How far back does it go? My biggest fear is it could go back further than we think it does. And how many of our prime ministers past and present knew about it and did nothing? And wil l there be more casualties in the papers themselvs closing down?

All it takes is for one of those involved to start singing like a canary. Which is what will probably happen when it dawns on most of those involved that they could get a prison sentence.

I'm sure it wasn't just the News of the World doing this phone hacking. I think many journalists did it and probably didn't think it was any big deal.

There's nothing they could have done anyway. The press is free in this country, so there's nothing governments can do to them.
