Jo Konta had a tough match against Bulgarian Tsvetana Pionkova.

The heat had an adverse effect on Jo as she struggled for air in the 2nd set.
With the help of extensive treatment and a lot of ice Jo managed to pull herself together and ended up winning 6-2 5-7 6-2
