You can satisfy some people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. There is a balance to be struck in all regards. If the number of nightshow babes were reduced then there would be complaints at A, B and C not doing them anymore. The way I look at it if a situation is created where some complain there are too many babes while others say there needs to be variety then the balance is ok bearing in mind the length and frequency of breaks for each babe on RLC as opposed to BS nightshows where there are more babes on but the breaks are longer across the 3 channels.

Some of those 46 girls no longer work at RLC for various reasons, travel etc. So dont base judgement on that figure

that makes sense, but really a channel only needs 30 night girls at the max to get a full varied selection of shows.

hell elite manage it with barley 10 night girls, it gets a little repetitive but they manage. but to me anything over 30 just restricts the chance for some guys to see their favorite night girl regularly

your list show their are
14 night girls
14 day girls
8 who have left
10 who are cover

i don't think 14 girls is to many for 26 shifts, and as your list shows you do need a lot of cover from girls who may only do 1 shift a month to make it work

8 girls that have left, the thing is I certainly wouldn't want to see some girls on more than twice a week, they need a good variation, especially as I'm sure they will be takin on some new channels sooner or later

Plus like Emma Spellar on Elite, there might be a clause in their modelling agency contract that restricts them from doing nightshows on tv and are only allowed to do dayshows, but that is just my opinion and I might be wrong.

The trouble is the same girls keep getting picked for the night shifts, everyone's probably tired of me banging on about it but there are plenty of girls willing to do the night shows who only seem to be getting day shifts. And if you look at the daytime threads for these girls, many of the posts are asking "When will she be on nights?" so there is a demand.

Ilm your a little too bothered about this mate your just mad cause the girl you like is not on nights but the ladies who are do a great job hence they are retained. Like I said before some people will always say something is not good enough.

To specifically put DonnaDukesFan's case into perspective, the whole rostering system at RLC is erratic beyond belief; if there are too many girls at RLC it seems they have difficulty getting them to travel down from London when they are needed & when they do get there how long they stay in Bristol & how many shows they do when they are there.....case in point, one of the girls you may know, Donna Duke is her name,( Yes I do know she's working somewhere in Surrey now), some weeks ago worked 6 separate shifts in 5 days at RLC before she returned to London, hardly an obvious indication of overstaffing.

I like plenty of the current night girls on RLC: Mellie D, Dionne Mendez, Lucy Zara, Dannii Harwood and Jemma Jey to name but a few. I just think there are also plenty of girls (I've listed them before) who seem to be getting an inordinate amount of day shifts, especially those who were known for being mainly (or indeed only) night girls before joining Red Light.
