Alien: Romulus

The 7th film in the Alien franchise is a fantastic return to form for the Alien franchise. It takes place 20yrs after Alien and it looks amazing & doesn't hold back on the gore and scares along with fantastic action set pieces.

Cailee Spaeny is fantastic as Rain & the rest of the cast are very good indeed

Pacific Rim Uprising

The In Crowd - 0/10.

Quite possibly the most boring, unimaginative load of drivel in the history of the universe.
I fell asleep after 40 minutes.

Dreadful.

Witness (1985)

One of Harrison Ford's best outings as a cop who goes into hiding within an Amish community to protect a young boy and his mother from corrupt officers. Tense drama that boasts a fine supporting performance from Kelly McGillis as the mother who develops forbidden feelings for Ford's detective. 7/10

Point Break (1991)

An enjoyable action film. Which has an interesting glimpse, into a sub culture, that is rarely covered.

The Crow (2024) - 2/10 a very bad and unnecessary remake. Apart from one decent action sequence it was a dull and incoherent mess.

Yeah, after watching the trailer I knew I was correct in my anger of them touching it. The original is iconic for a reason, it's not exactly the best movie, but Brandon Lee was very good in it, his star was rising and the fact he was killed in an accident on set, for me that meant that they should never have even considered this, no remake, no sequel, leave it alone.

Madame Web

Absolutely terrible, plot all over place, things not explained, unlikeable characters. Probably the worse super film I’ve ever watched.
