i reckon it will be an earth 2 reverse flash. i like the original eobard thawne actor. he's been good in anything i've seen him in. he played a serial killer in something and was memorable. i wonder will they make him an anti-hero?

Just seen this, Can't wait to see how reverse flash returns (probably an earth-2 reverse flash) & also to see the debut of Killer Frost. Think she will probably be earth-2 Caitlin Snow.

It still could be earth 1 Reverse flash as the producers are keeping it a mystery remember Eddie kills himself so reverse flash is never born but Reverse Flash goes back in time with future Flash and still kills mother and Harrison Wellls who both should be alive hence the paradox so it's totally possibly and it is Earth 2 Caitlin Snow as promo gives it away.

Ep 10 "Potential Energy"


JOE AND IRIS GET TO KNOW WALLY — Now that they’ve grown closer, Barry (Grant Gustin) considers telling Patty (guest star Shantel VanSanten) that he is The Flash. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Iris (Candice Patton) try to get to know Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale), and the team hunts down a meta-human who can slow time itself. Bryan Q. Miller wrote this Ep and used to write Ep's for Smallville.

Robbie Amell is set to return to The Flash as Ronnie Raymond but with a major twist not only will he be the Earth-2 version of this character but will be villainous Deathstorm:
